Many children in Indonesia do not have the same opportunity to get an education. The economic situation of families is one of the causes of many children dropping out of school in Indonesia.

Then what about children whose parents have died? It is definitely not easy for children to continue their lives after their parents die. Moreover, parents are one of the roots for children to fulfill their lives, one of which is education.

Let's meet Selvi, an orphan whose father died when she was 5 years old and was then left by her mother to remarry. Selvi currently lives with her grandmother, and to make a living, they have to sell fritters around the village. Selvi also has difficulties fulfilling her school needs. She cannot even buy a new uniform, so her grandmother has to look for used uniforms from neighbors to replace Selvi's uniform, which no longer fits. 

Unfortunately, Selvi's situation is also experienced by other orphans in Indonesia. Many orphans are struggling and having difficulties fulfilling their living and school needs. Many of them are even forced to drop out of school and choose to work so that they can at least earn money for food.

The hope of being able to continue their study is certainly shared by every orphan. After all, they are children who have dreams, and education should be a basic right that they can have.
